Hey You!

Thanks for being here.

I am born and raised in the Philippines, I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of people, systems, and experience.

My journey began in Geodetic Engineering at the University of the Philippines before pivoting into Hospitality Management — a shift that revealed what truly drives me: creating environments where people feel cared for, empowered, and inspired. From Napa Valley to New York, and from startups to global firms, I’ve built my career around operations, service design, and scaling meaningful experiences.

Over the years, I’ve worked across hospitality, fintech, and infrastructure consulting — completing a Master’s in International Business & Business Analytics at Hult International Business School and later leading cross-functional operational systems at ENTRUST Solutions Group. I’ve built dashboards, audit frameworks, and process infrastructures that turned complexity into clarity — including launching a centralized project audit system that reduced unresolved issues by over 30% in three months.

But beyond operations, I am deeply motivated by one question: How do we design systems that help people live better lives?

Today, my work and explorations sit at the intersection of:

  • Wellness & longevity

  • Hospitality & human experience

  • Data, design thinking & intelligent systems

  • Community-building for high-performing, impact-driven individuals

I’m building and experimenting — from hydration rituals to wellness intelligence platforms — all grounded in the belief that small, intentional daily systems shape long-term human flourishing.

Whether inside an organization or through my own ventures, I aim to multiply value, elevate standards, and create spaces — physical or digital — where people feel seen, supported, and energized.

Long-term, I see myself bridging New York and the Philippines — building ventures that serve both global ambition and grounded, joyful living by the sea 🌊🌴

My guiding principles:

1. Authenticity first.

I believe in showing up honestly — in rooms, in relationships, and in business. No performance - but simply going with integrity, alignment, and courage. I believe that authenticity builds trust. And trust builds everything else.

2. Observe before you judge.

Pause. Notice. Engage with curiosity rather than assumption. Diversity of perspective is a strength - not a threat.

3. Ask better questions.

Even when I think I understand, I ask again. Depth lives in the second and third question. Growth begins where certainty ends.

4. Stay relentlessly curious.

Curiosity fuels innovation. It keeps ego small and possibility wide. I’m always exploring how things connect — people, systems, behaviors, outcomes.

5. Recognize patterns — challenge biases.

I look for signals, trends, and structures beneath the surface. But I also stay aware of my blind spots. Awareness is intelligence.

6. Listen deeply.

To understand, not to respond. Empathy is operationally powerful. When people feel heard, better decisions follow.

7. Simplify the complex.

Whether in communications, operations, wellness, or design — I believe complexity can be translated into clarity. Systems should feel intuitive, not overwhelming, nor intimidating. As for my reference - if my grandma cannot understand it fully, I’m probably overcomplicating it…
