I am Kelly Dela Cruz

Born and raised in the enchanting Philippines, my academic journey began with Geodetic Engineering at the University of the Philippines. However, a twist of fate led me down the path of Hospitality, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Industry Management. Following my graduation, I embarked on an adventure in the heart of Napa Valley, opening doors to a world of opportunities. Even during the challenging times of the pandemic, I honed my skills in UX Design.

My career took a compelling turn as I joined one of the pioneering FinTech startups in my homeland. Simultaneously, I was granted a scholarship to pursue my master's in International Business and Business Analytics at Hult International Business School in Boston. Subsequently, I found my calling at Magellan, now a part of ENTRUST Solutions Group, where I thrive as a Project Management Analyst.

Today, I am dedicated to kindling my passion for serving people on a grander scale, aiming to multiply value wherever I go. In the future, I envision a return to the Philippines, reconnecting with nature and the joyful souls who call it home 🌊🌴

My journey so far led me to expand my horizons, seeking to make a profound impact on people’s lives. Through this pursuit, I stumbled upon a powerful concept – using the fusion of Design Thinking and Data Analytics techniques to empower people to make better decisions.

In my professional journey, I live by several guiding principles:

  • Ask questions – even when you believe you have a firm grasp, because there’s always more to learn.

  • Listen attentively – strive to understand before you speak or act, ensuring empathy and insight.

  • Simplify complexities – then, add that final touch of elegance to create something truly exceptional.
